Here are Final Instructions and the Entry List for the 2019 Bristol Llandow Sprint, co-promoted by Bristol Pegasus Motor Club and Bristol Motor Club. No further entries can be accepted, but the Supplementary Regulations are still available for reference. If you’ve entered the event and haven’t received these documents by email then it might be worth checking your spam or junk folders.
If for any reason you need to withdraw your entry before the event please email either the Event Secretary (details below) or Andy Moss, email email@example.com.
IMPORTANT – if you are planning to leave your competition car at the circuit overnight on Fri 10th May, as stated in the Final Instructions, please inform the Event Secretary, Zoë Tooth – email firstname.lastname@example.org, or call 01454 329231 or 07549 383234 beforehand. Since the organisation of early sprint arrivals will be the responsibility of members of the Bristol organising team it will not be possible for you to arrive before 2pm or after 5pm on Friday. Please note that camping at the circuit is strictly forbidden.

The tarmac is approximately 9m-wide and the sprint course consists of 1¾-laps of the circuit, making a competitive run of approx. 1.6-miles.

As with any sprint, we need marshals to help run the day safely and efficiently, so if you’re not planning to compete please consider offering your services. For many of the posts you don’t need any prior experience, just enthusiasm, common sense and the willingness to learn the simple rules that apply.
