2024 August Llandow Sprint: Final Instructions
I am pleased to send you the documentation for the 2024 August Llandow Sprint, jointly organised by Bristol MC & Bristol Pegasus MC.
In addition to the usual documentation you must sign on electronically pre-event (link below). Please ensure this has been completed by 6pm on Wed 14th August.
Your documentation (competition licence, club membership card etc) must be checked upon arrival at the event. More details are given in para 7 of the Final Instructions below. Also, please ensure you read para 22 of the FIs regarding waste disposal, as this differs from previous years.
The Drivers’ Briefing must also be read prior to the event.
Please note that the Llandow Kart Track will be in use on Sat 17th August, therefore the Kart Track paddock must NOT be used by anyone at the Sprint.
If you need to withdraw your entry before the event please notify me at the earliest opportunity, as there is a Reserve List, so your place can be offered to someone else.

TIMETABLE
07:05 Gates will open, allowing access to venue
07:30 Competitors may walk the Course until 08:45
07:30 Competitor document checks commence in Admin Office
07:30 Scrutineering commences within Paddock
08:45 U18s & New Drivers Briefing
09:00 Practice Run commences
Timed runs will start shortly after Practice Run has finished. Circumstances permitting, competitors will be
offered at least three timed runs.
